Hi, We returned from our stay at Oleanders (Cumbre del Sol) yesterday, and just wanted to say (quickly) what a lovely property it was. Despite the untypical weather (probably rained for more than half the days we were there) and the night time powercut during a torrential downpour (complete with thunder and lightening), we enjoyed our stay. It was enjoyed by all 5 of us, (12 to 75 years young), our 2 daughters (12 & 14) enjoyed the pool (the few opportunities they got) even when we thought it was freezing! Their only regret was they couldn't spend 24/7 in there, still it was late October into November! And the views were worth the drive up! We are already debating when we will return to the area, easter or autumn are favourites, although we will probably try a different property/resort, (which is not a reflection on Oleanders). We will return the questionnaire (once we track it down again, we're still unpacking all our cases, and washing 11 days of clothing!)

Wish the pool was heated, then it would have been 100% and not 99.5% so overall was very happy. Wished some of the places recommended had direction to find them, I never did get to go to La'Scala, but a good reason to go back. Thoroughly enjoyed Casa Amber and Moraira. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped. Had a problem accessing the key, but Cristina Moll (local contact) was very helpful when I called her. The garden does need some work, but I realize that is difficult with a rental property. Over all a great holiday. Thanks for everything.

We did enjoy the villa I have already posted our comments via your sites Travel Blog.
We totally support your carbon offset programme. We do feel guilty about flying abroad knowing that the aircraft we fly on do pollute. However the carbon produced by aircraft is quite small when compared to other more heavy polluters. We do use airlines who offset too and I do my bit by recycling whenever possible. We can never really undo all that has been done but if we all do our bit, like your tree planting programme then perhaps we have a fighting chance.

An absolutely wonderful holiday for myself and family (especially children!) – We can’t thank you enough. Villa was exactly as described and wished for, if not better. The views from the balconies/terraces in particular were stunning. Moraira was just fantastic for all our needs and was so beautiful. Excellent choice of restaurants, supermarkets and beaches - all within easy reach. As this was our first visit to the area we definitely struck lucky as Calpe, Javea and Denia just wouldn’t have been to our liking. We have just spent a fabulous two weeks at the Congre Villa. The Villa was imaculately presented and offered comfortable, almost luxurious accommodation through out. We went as a party of ten and found there to be more than enough space for us all to live and store our things. The villa was filled with enough equipment for us to cook meals and the seating perfect for ten on the terrace. During our stay we hardly ventured away from the pool but when we did we found Moraira to be friendly, and welcoming and the best restaurant in the area Rhonda's, we went 3 times! I would highly recommend The Villa Congre and may well book again!

Dear All, We just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for a lovely holiday spent at Villa Coleda, Moraira, Spain. (August 9th - August 16th) The villa itself was just lovely and as we put on our feedback form, a real home away from home. Our Family group included my elderly father (83 years young!) and he thoroughly enjoyed himself. The standard of the villa was impressive - really clean and comfortable and the pool really made the holiday. We found that we were far enough away from the town to have some peace and quiet and yet near enough to just jump in the car and head to the beach. The beach was really nice and clean (Blue Flag awarded) and there were plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes and price ranges. You kindly made changes to the booking and nothing was too much trouble and you also answered any emails swiftly. We were all so impressed and I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Spain to my friends and colleagues. Thank you once again.

La Galesa in Javea was our holiday spot this year and we were so lucky to have chosen this exceptional villa. It’s a piece of paradise. The pool is a dream along with the views and villa itself. We will definitely be returning next year. Many thanks to Villa Spain for the detailed driving instructions. We hope to find the “old town” next year when we can tear ourselves away from the pool. The Supermarket also with its fresh baked bread & extensive cold meats & fresh produce was understated although we found the staff cold & unfriendly. Sorry it’s taken so long to complete, mislaid it. (Stayed Oct 07) Glad to be able to say we had no complaints in fact quite the contrary, we have nothing but praise. The villa was fantastic, it was everything we wanted, although the pool water was a bit on the chilly side and the downstairs bathroom shower was, let’s say compact, kept knocking the power off when washing, turning around. It was great to be able to go out in the morning and pick fresh figs off the tree (I can taste them now). Would not hesitate in recommending.

Hi! We enjoyed our holiday despite the weather and the power cuts. The information book asked us to bring in seat cushions at night but we couldn't find any. The sun brolly needs replacing as it does not fit the stand and keeps blowing next door. The residents say this keeps happening but were very nice about it. Could you have a word with the owner. (BEING REPLACED). Beautiful view and was stunning at sun set. A very quiet area which suited us. Thank you for returning the deposit so promptly. Overall a lovely villa.

'All in all, excellent, hiccup at start as waited 2 hours to get into villa as wrong key in box. Phoned contact Anja, she was in Germany, she rang Christine who let us in, finally at 8.45pm. She was extremely nice and helpful. T.V blew up, same night, Christine came in with office t.v next day and new one on Monday. Apart from that, fantastic time. 'Just a small thing - the glass shelf in the fridge had been removed which cut down the space for storage. Dear Nick, The Villaspain website photographs, villa description and villa rating makes selection so straightforward. However our expectations based on all this information were exceeded!! Al Zhara is so welcoming with a very warm and personal atmosphere created by the owners. Just like house sitting for a friend, more than renting a villa. I am always impressed with the Villaspain website. It continues to get better and better (if that is possible, but you seem to find ways of helping villa renters more than any other website). In fact I now cease to look anywhere else other than Villaspain. It’s great to find a provider where excellent customer service is the keyword. Many thanks for all your help, even when you were on holiday, to book our extra week.

We had a fantastic holiday (again). I would just like to comment on our local contact Phil Earnshaw. He was fantastic. He told us places to go. Our Sky box wouldn’t work and he came up to our villa to see if we were o.k and because we had children brought his own Sky box and replaced it with the one in the villa. He was the best, helpful, and friendly and knew a lot about the area. He really helped to make this an excellent holiday. We will be booking again for next year.

Clients were extremely appreciative of VillaSpain's services on the ground in Spain and the UK after discovering a gas leak in the villa to be relocated to another very nice villa quickly, since there was no assurance that emergency services could attend quickly.

All excellent. I attach the questionnaire as promised. All in all a good value villa that we may return to, however, I suspect we will go for something different next time if only for a bit of variety!!. This is no reflection on Casa Al Zhara which was more than big enough for us and my boys were delighted they didn’t have to share a room as well!! We enjoyed out first visit to the area and will definitely return.
Thanks for the assistance that VillaSpain gave during the booking process – you and Bruce were very helpful and it made a refreshing change to view “live availability” on your website that could be relied upon whereas so many others promise availability only to find this isn’t the case. I appreciate this is easier with fewer properties but I was impressed with the overall service which definitely gave us a great value for money break at very short notice.  All in all, a lovely villa and excellent website that we have already recommended to numerous friends and family .

Further to our recent VillaSpain holiday I write to record our disappointment that, through no fault of the company, the booked villa became uninhabitable after only two nights due to disconnection of the electrical supply.
Casa Primavera was originally selected as it provided suitable single accommodation to bring together all our children and grandchildren (some from Australia) for a family celebration in one villa.

 I must thank your local staff for their efforts to find a suitable alternative villa but, at such short notice, they could only source two adjacent properties - La Madragada and casa Patrica. These were accepted under the circumstances.

In summary, although we were put to considerable disruption de-camping 4 young children in the pitch dark and approx. 100 euros of food from the fridge/freezer defrosted, your company is to be commended on resolving the problem and providing such high quality substitutes.

Once again I thank you and your local staff for producing a satisfactory solution and would have no hesitation in recommending VillaSpain to our friends..

Majority of furnishings were in excellent condition. However information book had little info on immediate area, we would have liked local maps & recommendations.(Info books in all villas are being updated-Villaspain)
Despite the above, great holiday & would recommend this villa & Villa Spain.

All in all we had a fantastic holiday in a beautiful location. We loved the cleanliness of the villa and the fact it was extremely private, despite being on a developement. Having a washing machine was a huge bonus, as was the Sky TV, with two children to entertain on the occassional rainy evening. The pool was very well looked after, and was great size for the four of us.
Thank you for your help, and concise clear instructions. I hope we will be able to use Villa Spain for future holidays..

While it didn't spoil our enjoyment we feel the steep hills surrounding the property could be an issue for some people. This also applies to the steps into the property. We did feel very safe in the area, and thought your website was excellent and very informative.

We have recently returned from a week’s holiday in Casa Samantha. We would like to express our thanks for a wonderful week’s holiday in a beautiful villa. Unfortunately there was a problem with the villa (burst water main under the villa) whilst we were out there and we ended up having to be moved to another villa for the last two days of our holiday. This was very disappointing but your representatives Christine and Rosario couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. We would also like to say thank you for the refund you gave us for the disruption to our holiday. It is not often that a company makes gestures like that unprompted! We have had no hesitation in recommending your company to our family and friends and look forward to another holiday with Villa Spain in the future.

We very much enjoyed our holiday at La Canuta. The accommodation was excellent and the situation of the villa was very nice. There were nine in our party with ages from 18 mths to 87 yrs and the distribution of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out extremely well. It was particularly useful having 2 kitchens available. The whole villa was very comfortable and everybody enjoyed the swimming pool and, for that week, it was excellent value for money. We had excellent service from Villaspain throughout the booking process and we thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. We would certainly recommend Villaspain to our friends and very much hope to book a holiday with you again soon.

Overall the villa and gardens are superb. The 'upstairs' was bright and airy. The villa is extremely well equipped. We had a thoroughly enjoyable relaxing holiday. Air conditioning would have been a bonus but I would definitely recommend this villa to others.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note regarding our recent stay in Los Pinos Perdidos before the memory fades, you know how it is!!! A really efficient service from start to finish. The accomodation was superb, the views of the sea each morning left me breathless. Getting to it with the directions was easy, Emma Peach was a lovely lady to greet us there and the whole expericence was a realy pleasure. Then when we got home today (We had stayed a second week in Spain w
