Please be advised that due to service cost increases, specifically from services supplied to villa owners in Spain, we regret that we now need to pass these on for any new bookings.
The price increase on all villas is mostly due to the devaluation of the pound sterling over the past year, which amounts to over 17% (Nov 2007 1.41€ to 1.16€ to the pound today). The increase affects only changeover cleans, linen provision as well as energy costs.
Weekly villa prices will therefore increase today from £25pw to £48pw depending on the size of villa and its associated cleaning and servicing costs in Spain. Linen and towel provision and cleaning have increased from £7 to £8, which is still below the increase in costing from Spain.
The good news is that, in view of the above changes, and whilst acknowledging that the economic downturn is with us, we have also reduced the required booking deposit sum from 30% to 20%, in order to assist holidaymakers' cash flow.
Villa prices have remained mostly unchanged for over 4 years, so we do regret that this service cost increase has had to be passed on.
